My graduate training and 15+ years of experience has included working with diverse populations of adults, teens, children, and couples in both Southern California and New York City.

I specialize in working with adults dealing with break-ups, separation, divorce, unhealthy interpersonal relationship patterns, and major life transitions. I also treat issues related to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the insight and personal growth they’re striving for. In our work we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing more fulfilling relationships. Currently, I only work with ages 18+.
