Psychology Today
I specialize in working with adults dealing with break-ups, separation, divorce, unhealthy interpersonal relationship patterns, and major life transitions. I also treat issues related to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the insight and personal growth they’re striving for. In our work we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing more fulfilling relationships. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques. Currently, I only work with ages 18+.
